Who is eligible to enroll?

AlerisLife and Five Star Senior Living, and Team Members who meet one of the following criteria-

• • Full time, working at least 30 hours per week
  • Transitioning from part time to full time

When can I enroll?

• • New Hires: during the month following their date of hire
  • Team Members who transition from part time to full time: during the month following the date they transition to full time
  • All full time Team Members: during the annual Open Enrollment.

How Do I Enroll?

Voluntary Benefits Enrollment is conducted via Call Center. Appointments are recommended but not required. To avoid delay, please CLICK HERE to schedule an appointment. Or you may call the Call Center directly: 877-231-8423. Please see your Benefits Partner for more details on enrollment in benefits.

When will my benefits be effective?

• • For New Hires and those who transition from part time to full time: benefits will be effective the first of the month following the date of enrollment.
  • For Full time Team Members who enroll during Open Enrollment: benefits will be effective October 1, 2024.
